上層部が責任を取らないで、責任を転嫁して、逃げる・・・

故意的に役割分担、責任を不明確にして、逃げるときに有利にしているのでは？

連帯責任は、鬼の手、責任転嫁も、鬼の手・・・

泣くのは、羊、吠えるのは、犬、チンピラは、餓鬼・・・


これが、鬼が島、人でなし軍団・・・

さきほどのナショナル・ジオグラフィックの説明にします・・・


鬼が島では、こんな感じですが、世界は、どうでしょうか？


程度の差こそあれ、似通っている？


それは、分かりますが、鬼が島は、GDP世界２位・・・

GDP世界５０位程度の実力しかない、と個人的に考えています。


責任不在、リーダー不在の先進国など、あり得ない・・・
