I'm sorry to hear your shipment didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date of August 13.
In checking our records, I see that due to delay from the carrier end the package has delayed. Unfortunately, in spite of all of our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays, and in this case we would ask that you wait a little longer.
In my experience, late packages arrive not long after the estimated delivery date. Please wait a little longer, until September 2, before requesting a refund or replacement. Otherwise, you might have to deal with returning a package.
We're happy to provide tracking information for our customers if possible, but DPGM does not have tracking numbers. DPGM carries shipments to Japan, but the final delivery will be made by your local postal service.
