変化しよう
テーマ：ブログ去年の終わりぐらいから自分が変化したくなり、
今のとこ内面の変化。
変化する前後はわりかしキツイもんである。
変化に体がついていかないときもある。
具合悪くなったり、どこかしか痛くなったり、眠すぎたり、
もっと広がりたい自分のオーラみたいなのが頭の上から押さえつけ
最近少し落ち着いてきたが、まだまだ変化の加速は止まらない！
変化は大変だけど楽しいです！
