自然の摂理なので、仕方ない・・・

シーア派 ＜－＞ スンニー派
この勢力図のバランスをいかにして取るか、難しい問題だが、イラクの内政。
内政干渉はできる限り避けるべき。
イラクから要請があれば、国連などが調停に乗り出す・・・
こんな感じなのでは？
ただ、シーア派とスンニー派の勢力のアンバランスが最大の難点である。

だっけ？
国連が難しければ、イスラムの話なので・・・
エジプトや、イランや、UAEなどが調停する？
ある意味で、新イスラム主義民主主義が機能するための産みの苦しみじゃないの？
憲法は、立法府について両院制を定めるが、上院は未成立。下院であるイラク代表者評議会は275議席、任期4年で、第1回総選挙が2005年12月15日に行われた。政党（政党連合）別獲得議席数は以下の通りである。
統一イラク同盟: 128 - シーア派
クルディスタン同盟: 53 - クルド人
イラク合意戦線: 44 - スンナ派
イラク国民リスト: 25- リベラル・世俗主義
国民対話イラク戦線: 11 - スンナ派
その他7党: 14
議会は、2006年3月16日に開会した。
実は、日本も似た状況である。
ある意味で、戦後初めて、民主主義が機能し始めた・・・ 産みの苦しみである・・・
ですよね？

Ramadan - ラマダン
Ramadanに入るようです。

The first day of Ramadan will be on Wednesday or Thursday (depends on the moon), in Ramadan Muslims fast from sunrise till the darkfall, to feel the same as paupers who don't have money to buy food, so that we don’t' forget to help them.
Ramadan teach us how to be patient, and be closer to god..
In this month people give paupers money and food (we don't do that in Ramadan only, but we give with much generous in this blessed month), my family used to buy new clothes, toys and food for the orphans, and give money to poor widows..
Muslims also give alms in this month, which is 2.5% from their saves, and 10% from their crop , in case they have a farm ... there is also alms for gold , and alms for many things.
Since I was a kid I used to give paupers from the money I save, the more I give the happier I feel.
In Ramadan Muslims should NEVER fight, even if they were in a war, they should announce armistice or conciliating. (I mean the people who are real Muslims, not the pretenders). Even the people who have problems with their relatives or friends should reconcile them. Because Ramadan is a blessed month full of mercy.

ラマダンに入るのは水曜か木曜でしょう（月-moon次第）。ラマダンに入るとムスリムは日の出から日没まで断食します。お金がなくて食べ物を買えない乞食の気持ちになります。だから、私たちは乞食を救うのを忘れません。
ラマダンは私たちに耐えることを教えてくれます。そして、神に近づきます。。。
ムスリムはラマダン月には施しもします。貯金の2.5％、収穫の10％（農場を持っている場合）、金（ゴールド）の施し、他にも数多くの施しがあります。
私は子供なので、貯金の一部を乞食に与えています。さらには、私のハッピーな気持ちも分け与えます。
ラマダン月にはムスリムは決して争いません。たとえ戦時中でも、休戦あるいは停戦をアナウンスするはずです。（偽のムスリムでなく、真のムスリムのことを言っています）。トラブルを抱えている親類や友人たちとさえ、仲直りするはずです。なぜなら、ラマダン月は慈悲に満ちた神聖な月だからです。

What is a person?
It is the simplest question.

For example, is a person kind? ignorant? tall? heavy? male? Japanese?,,, what is blood type?,,,
The more complex the question is, the more difficult it becomes.
Anyway,
kiyoshi is a person.
Sunshine is a person,too.
I am a person, too.
