Mr. Ikeda makes Tofu from 4am to 7am.
His wife makes Tofu fries for 2 hours after him.
豆腐屋さんの一番大事なことは早寝早起き！
池田屋さんは朝四時から七時にかけて豆腐を製造する。
その後、おかみさんが２時間くらいかけて揚げ物を作る。
Hand-made Tofu looks very fresh and delicious!
They sells Tonyu and Tofu-fries, too.
The tool at right side is Tofu-kiri-Houchou(knife for Tofu).
できたての手作り豆腐、うまそう！
他に、豆乳や油揚げなども売っている。
右手は豆腐きり包丁。
Ikeda-Ya Tofu was founded Shouwa 3(about 80 years ago).
He is the second owner of Ikeda-Ya.
They sell on the spot and peddle around.
